Refund and Cancellation Policy
Written notification of cancellation must be emailed to registrar@esa.org, and a $25.00 USD fee will be assessed for processing refunds.

Cancellation Deadline: March 12, 2026 (No refunds will be given after this date.)

There is no room block for this meeting however Towson has special rates with the hotels below.
