CANCELLATION POLICY:
The cancellation deadline is July 24, 2025. Written requests of cancellation must be emailed to registrar@esa.org. All refunds are subject to a $50.00 processing fee. Refunds will be issued after the conference.
REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
1 - Click "Next". If you are a non-member student, click the box below and indicate your year of graduation.
2 - Click “Register Myself”.
3 - Answer the questions that are listed. The ones with a red asterisk are required.
4 - Click Save Responses.
5 - Add workshops or short courses by clicking the add button. The workshops are free and the short courses are an additional cost. You can read more about them by clicking on them. Note that there is a capacity for all of them and there will be a waitlist. You can add and remove yourself after registering.
6 - Once you have saved you responses and read through the short courses and workshops, click, “Proceed to Checkout" link.
